Following his double hat-trick against KJT FC last week, Kenneth Majara produced another brilliant performance on Thursday evening to help Kisugu FC throb Edgars Youth Programme 7-0 on week 18 of the betPawa Futsal Super League.

The Pivot scored five of those goals in a game that was dominated by Kisugu from start to finish.

Majara opened the scoreline for Kisugu in the opening five minutes of the game.

He then set up Hashim Ali Banya for his team’s second strike before making it three with a simple tap-in.

Before the break, Majara’s show continued as he found the back of the net twice again to ensure his side led 5-0 ahead of the closing half.

With the pivot off, Henry Komakech took over and added the other two goals for Kisugu.

With five goals scored, Majara now sits top of the topscorers chats with 31 goals in just 10 games. He is now three goals clear of Kisenyi’s Abdullahi Ahmed AbdiKarim.

Victory means Kisugu secures it’s six consecutive victory and now sit fourth on the log with 35 points – leapfrogging Lubaga Grameen in the process.

Defeated Edgars Youth Programme remains third bottom with 15 points garnered in their 18 games.

In the other games played on Thursday, both Mengo City and Kabowa Dream Team returned to winning ways after last week’s disappointments.

Following Ismail Ssendege ” Big Daddy” return from suspension, Mengo managed to overcome point-less Kawempe 5-2 despite the bottom-placed side putting up a resistance.

To achieve this victory, Antony Male, William Sseguya, Herbert Kalema, Abdulkarim Tereba and Derrick Mubiru found the back of the net for Mengo
