Park FC extended their lead to six points at the top of the betPawa Futsal Super League standings on Thursday as their scheduled opponents, Kampala Junior Team (KJT), failed to appear for the match.
This resulted in a 3-0 victory and three points being awarded to Park FC.
Entering the game with a three-point lead, Alex Ssegawa’s team capitalized on the no-show by KJT, solidifying their position ahead of FC Luzira in second place.
Park FC now maintains an impeccable record, having won all nine of their league matches this season.
In contrast, KJT’s absence sees them drop to the 10th position on the league table, having accumulated nine points in their nine games.
In other betPawa FSL matches on Thursday, Edgars Youth Programme dominated Kawempe FC with an 8-2 victory, fueled by Derrick Male’s hat-trick and Amiri Waiswa’s brace.

Meanwhile, Kabowa Dream Team staged a comeback from a two-goal deficit to defeat Nansana ASKA 4-3, sealed by a late winner from Elijah Kasozi.
