The first semi-final was a tightly contested affair. Crown Lubiri took the lead through Mohammed Sharif, who slotted home calmly after a flowing team move. However, Mbarara QC showed resilience and responded through Franklin Tamale, whose equalizer brought the game level before full-time.

With no further goals in regulation, the match proceeded to penalties. Crown Lubiri kept their nerve, converting all five spot-kicks flawlessly. Mbarara QC faltered under pressure, missing one vital penalty that proved decisive. Crown Lubiri celebrated a hard-fought win and a ticket to the final.
The second semi-final was far more one-sided. Kisenyi FC, led by the dynamic Mohammed Abdi, dismantled Mengo City with a commanding 5-1 victory. Abdi opened the scoring and added another in the second half, while also registering two assists—both for Justus Ssempijja, who finished off two well-worked plays.

Fixo Waleed Bashir added gloss to the scoreline with a spectacular goal from a tight angle. Mengo City could only manage a consolation goal, struggling to contain Kisenyi’s attacking prowess throughout the match.
