In a nail-biting encounter against Kisenyi FC, Park FC edged a thrilling 4-3 win to keep their title defense hopes alive in the betPawa Futsal Super League. The high-stakes clash delivered a riveting end-to-end spectacle, with both teams refusing to back down.
Park drew first blood in the 7th minute through Derrick Walugembe, but their early advantage was quickly erased as April’s Player of the Month, Ilyas Omran, equalized for Kisenyi just a minute later.
With the scores level at 1-1, Park captain Shafiq Mulangira took charge. He restored Park’s lead in the 12th minute and later doubled his tally early in the second half, making it 3-1.
Omran responded once again for Kisenyi, cutting the deficit to one. Then, with two minutes left on the clock, Joshua Aziku weaved through defenders to score Park’s fourth goal, seemingly sealing the win. But Omran wasn’t done—he completed his hat-trick from the penalty spot, setting up a tense finish.
Park ultimately held on for the vital three points, staying within striking distance of league leaders Mengo City, who cruised to a 3-0 win over bottom-placed Busunju Spaks.

With just one matchday remaining, Mengo City lead the standings with 54 points, while Park sit close behind on 53. The title will be decided on the final weekend, as Mengo face Crown Lubiri and Park clash with QC Mbarara. The stage is set for a dramatic finale.
