Mengo City Head Coach Abdifatah Abdullahi has etched his name in the record books of the betPawa Futsal Super League, becoming the first coach to win the prestigious Luka Pharmacy Coach of the Month award twice in a single season.
After claiming this prestigious award last month and winning all three of Stormers games in February, the Mengo City tactician successfully defended his crown, beating out competition from Crown Lubiri’s Najib AbdulRazak and Edgars’ Youth Programme’s Adam Masembe.

Abdifatah’s dominance was evident, as he comfortably won both the Technical Department and Public Vote. In the Technical vote, the Somali tactician garnered 37.5% of the votes, accounting for 60% of the total vote. He also secured 24.8% of the public votes, which accounted for 40% of the total vote.
Najib AbdulRazak ( Crown Lubiri) and Farouk Makumbi ( Kabowa Dream Team) are the two other coaches that have won the Luka Pharmacy Coach of the Month Award this season.
