Crown, Kisenyi, and Kabuusu Off to a Flying Start in betPawa FSL Frenzy Edition

The betPawa Futsal Super League Frenzy Edition kicked off in thrilling fashion, with Crown Lubiri, Kisenyi FC, and Kabuusu Clouds all securing victories in their opening matches. Crown Lubiri dominated Park FC, winning 4-0, while Kisenyi FC held on to defeat Nansana ASKA 4-2. Kabuusu Clouds, meanwhile, claimed a walkover victory over Kisugu FC, being awarded three points and three goals after their opponents showed up late.

Crown Lubiri’s victory was led by a brace from Mohammed Sharif, who was supported by goals from Abas Abdiwahab and Abdulkadir Abdi Shakur. The Somali side’s convincing win sets them up for a strong campaign in the Frenzy Edition.

Kisenyi FC’s win was also notable, with youngster Walid Abdullahi Bashir scoring a brace to help his team overcome Nansana ASKA. Nabil Kigundu added another goal for Kisenyi, as they held on to secure a 4-2 victory.

In another match, Edgars Youth Programme salvaged a 2-2 draw with QC Mbarara, thanks to two late goals from Eze Kombi. QC Mbarara had taken the lead earlier in the game through goals from Kassaga Sadam and Tamale Franklin, but Edgars Youth Programme’s late surge earned them a valuable point.

The Frenzy Edition of the betPawa Futsal Super League will continue next weekend with four exciting matches. Busunju Spaks will face off against Crown Lubiri, Kabowa Dream Team will battle Kisenyi FC, Lubaga Grameen will take on Edgars Youth Programme, and Mengo City will clash with Kabuusu Clouds.
