As youth football development continues to evolve globally, the Primary Schools Futsal League at TwinBrooks Schools is emerging as a strong example of how the game is being reshaped at grassroots level. Match Day Two, held on 4th April 2026, delivered not only goals and excitement but also highlighted the growing importance of futsal in nurturing young talent—particularly among 13-year-olds transitioning into structured competitive football.
Across continents—from South America to Europe and parts of Africa—futsal is increasingly embraced as a foundational tool for technical development. Its fast-paced, small-sided format demands quick thinking, close control, spatial awareness, and creativity—qualities that were clearly on display throughout the day’s fixtures.
TwinBrooks Elementary School continued to set the benchmark with two dominant performances. Their 10-2 victory over TwinBrooks DIT Centre showcased attacking efficiency and clinical finishing, with Ayiko Evans and Danish Lumu each scoring four goals, while Ssuubi Harrison added two.
They followed this with a 6-2 win over TwinBrooks Skills and Academy Centre (B), where Ssuubi Harrison and Danish Lumu each scored hat-tricks, underlining their consistency and technical discipline.

Twawil Islamic Primary School also impressed with a 7-1 victory over TwinBrooks DIT Centre. Kisembo Suudi delivered a standout individual performance with six goals, while Kayembe Fauthara added another.
They also secured a 1-1 draw against TwinBrooks Skills and Academy Centre, demonstrating tactical maturity and resilience.
TwinBrooks Skills and Academy Centre showed depth across their squad, with their B side recording a 9-3 victory over TwinBrooks DIT Centre. Wasswa Faiswar scored five goals, while Ntambi Hashim added three in a commanding attacking display.
TwinBrooks DIT Centre endured a challenging day but showed attacking intent, with goals from Calvin Smith and Kato Farid providing positives to build on.
After Matchday two, Twinbrooks Elementary School leads the table with 15 points, seven ahead of Twawil Islamic who are second on the log.
