FAU ANNOUNCEMENT

NOTICE OF THE 2020 ANNUAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY
Under Article 31 ( General Assembly Agenda ) of the FAU Constitution, the First Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the Futsal Association Uganda (FAU) is hereby to be convened.
The AGM is scheduled for
Saturday 12th September 2020 starting at 8:00 a.m.
The General Meeting will be held at Kenedia Hotel, Kampala with the following agenda not limited to:
- A declaration that the General Assembly has been convened and composed in compliance with the constitution of FAU.
- Consideration and approval of the agenda
- Appointment of the members to check the minutes
- Appointment of scrutineers
- An address by the Chairman
- Suspension or expulsion of Members where applicable.
- Activity report containing activities of the previous calendar year(2019/2020) where applicable
Privy to the above, the agenda may be altered provided three quarters of the members present who are eligible to vote agree to such a motion. Additionally, the General Assembly shall not make any decision on any point not included on the agenda unless otherwise.
DATA PRIVACY
In connection with the General Meeting, FAU shall collect, processes and retain certain information. However, to this effect, any information meant to be made public shall be availed on the Association’s website(www.fau.co.ug)
