Kisenyi Futsal Club (KFC) maintained their lead in the 2023/24 betPawa Futsal Super League, securing a dominant 6-2 victory against rivals Lubaga Grameen in a thrilling match at Old Kampala Futsal Arena on Friday evening.
Abdihamid Dahir Ahmed’s hat-trick and Ismael Warsame’s brace, along with Abdulkarim Abdullahi’s goal, propelled Kisenyi to victory, while Michael Lubowa and Bruno Ssegirinya netted for Grameen in a valiant effort.

With this win, Kisenyi solidified their top position on the league table, accumulating a perfect nine points from three games.
They share the same points with Park and Luzira, both also triumphant in their Thursday evening clashes.
In other Friday matches, Nansana ASKA clinched their second win of the season, overcoming Aidenal 3-2, while Kabowa Dream Team secured their inaugural victory by defeating bottom-placed Kawempe FC 3-1.
Looking ahead, Matchday four is scheduled to resume on Thursday, 14th December, and conclude on Friday, 15th December 2023.
